Glucono Delta-Lactone is soluble in water. As a good multi-functional food additive, it is mainly used for protein coagulant, acidic agent, bulk agent, preservative, flavoring agent, adhesive etc. Glucono Delta-Lactone is widely used in food, daily-use chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, metal cleaning, organic synthesis, and so on. Being innocuous and harmless to human, it is an excellent stabilizer, coagulant, sour agent and chelating agent. 
Storage and Transport of Glucono Delta-Lactone:
