Copper Peptide Uses Glycyl-L-histidine-L-lysine is a tripeptide consisting of sequentially linked glycine, L-histidine and L-lysine residues. Glycyl-L-histidine-L-lysine is a pro-hepatic immunosuppressant with anxiolytic effects. Glycyl-L-histidine-L-lysine and its copper complex show good skin tolerance.
Role of copper peptides Copper peptide was originally isolated from human plasma in 1973 and was found to have wound repair function in 1985, in 1999 researchers concluded that copper peptide and its copper complex can act as an activator of tissue remodeling, it is also a signal peptide that promotes degradation of large amounts of collagen aggregates on the outside of the scars, synthesis of normal collagen in the skin, and production of elastin, proteoglycan, and staphylokinase, growth rate and migration of different cell types, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant responses.
