Liquid rubber based on terminal isocyanate is a new type of teleconnected prepolymer. The isocyanate group contained in the prepolymer has high reactivity and can be cured at room temperature with little heat release and no shrinkage phenomenon. The cured products have the advantages of high flexibility, high bonding force, insulation, heat insulation, smooth surface and uniform and dense texture.

Application

Application and Uses :

Mainly used in epoxy resin toughening, electronic potting adhesive, waterproof coating and other fields.
After curing, IR has good flexibility, high adhesion, excellent hydrolysis resistance, good corrosion resistance, and can be applied to epoxy resin toughening, hydraulic machinery, abrasion resistant polyurethane elastic coating and building waterproof industry. It has excellent thermal cycling performance
Used as electrical potting adhesive.
It can also be used as a polyurethane prepolymer to prepare various polyurethane materials.

Packed in well-sealed 10 liter,20 liter metal or plastic drums. Can it be packed according to the special requirements of the user
 
Storage:

Nitrogen atmosphere sealed storage, stored in a cool, ventilated place, storage temperature range of (-20 ~ 38) ºC. The storage period of this product is 6 months, after the storage period should be re-sampled, in accordance with the technical indicators in Part 2 of this article, can still be used. Reminder: After opening, it is recommended to fill nitrogen to seal and store.
