Product Description

Polybutadiene with terminal isocyanate groups (ITPB) is a liquid remote claw polymer obtained by the reaction of HTPB with different types of diisocyanates. The isocyanate groups contained in ITPB have high reactivity, can be cured at room temperature, release little heat during curing, and basically have no shrinkage phenomenon. The cured product molecules contain highly polar carbamate hard segments and highly flexible polybutadiene soft segments. Therefore, the cured product has the advantages of high flexibility, high adhesion, insulation, heat insulation, smooth surface and uniform and dense texture.

Polybutadiene with terminal isocyanate groups is mainly applied in fields such as epoxy resin toughening, electronic potting compounds, and waterproof coatings. The cured end isocyanate polybutadiene has good flexibility, high adhesion, excellent hydrolysis resistance and good anti-corrosion performance. It can be applied in the toughening of epoxy resin, hydraulic machinery, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polyurethane elastic coating and building waterproofing industries. Due to its excellent thermal cycling performance, it can also be used as an electrical potting compound.
