Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, includes pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxine. It exists in the form of phosphate ester in the body. Vitamin B6 is found in large amounts in yeast, liver, grain, meat, fish, eggs, beans and peanuts.
