Sodium bromide, chemical formula NaBr or NaBr·2H2O. Colorless crystal (or powder), soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol.
This product is white cubic crystal or white fine grain, belongs to regular system, white specific gravity 3.203 and melting point of 755°C, it is free of small and tastes salty and slightly bitter. It must be noted that the product guards against damp and keeps in dark place, the fire can be put out by water in case of fire.
