White crystalline powder or colorless transparent neutral viscous liquid, with a strawberry aroma in a dilute solution. The sweetness is 75% to 95% of sucrose, and the sweetness is pure. Easily soluble in water, ethanol, glycerol, and prop ylene glycol. Highly hygroscopic. The heat resistance is good, and there is no change when heated at 1.0 ºC for 1 hour at a Ph value of 3-7.
