Application

Acetaminophen (paracetamol) is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 25.8 μM. It is a widely used antipyretic and analgesic.
  Acetaminophen effect
This product is an antipyretic and analgesic. By inhibiting cyclooxygenase, it selectively inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandin in the hypothalamic body temperature regulation center, causing peripheral blood vessels to dilate and sweat to achieve antipyretic effect. Its antipyretic effect is comparable to aspirin. Similar; By inhibiting the synthesis and release of prostaglandins, etc., and increasing the pain threshold, it plays an analgesic effect.
